The accommodation expenses listed below need to be covered only by the fifth or higher number participant from a given ECMetAC member institution.

Example: for a participant of the main event (excluding the Workshop on 27.11.), arriving to Kranjska Gora on Monday 27.11. and departing on Thursday 30.11. in the morning, being accommodated in a single room (27/28, 28/29, 29/30), attending the get-together party on 27.11., having lunch on 28. and 29.11., dinner on 28.11. and gala dinner on 29.11., the total expense is 410 EUR (by choosing accommodation in a double room, this expense is reduced to 350 EUR).
